Forgot MCC ID and Username
Overview
These instructions are to recover your ID number and username.
Getting Started
- go to What's my user ID?
- Enter your Last name and your Social Security Number.
- Click Submit.
- Your username will be displayed.
Account Security
- Help Desk is unable to provide your McLennan Community College ID via email, in person, or over the phone due to our Security Policy.
